Eugene was interviewed on ‘The Real Dealz’ Podcast by Tucker Merrihew, creator of the ‘Driving for Dollars’ app that many real estate investors use to aid in identifying potential investment properties and contacting homeowners; an app which Eugene also uses on a daily basis. During the interview Eugene explained more about his business, how he works with homeowners and what his business process is, specifically in areas affected by natural disasters. We are based in Panama City Beach, FL which was devastated by a category 5 hurricane (Hurricane Michael) on October 10th, 2018. This has led to a large number of real estate investors (including ourselves) investing in hurricane-damaged properties to rebuild them in this area.
